Curry Chicken (soft) (<30 min)

Ingredients (2 servings)

→ 2 chicken breasts

→ 1/2 red (or white) small onion

→ 1/2 red, green or yellow bell pepper

→ 1 cup rice

→ Curry powder

→ 1 cup fresh cream

→ Salt and pepper

→ Other spices (Cinnamon, paprika, hot pepper, as you want)

Directions

→ Boil water in a pot (don't forget to salt it)

→ Prepare the curry sauce: in a bowl, put some fresh cream, add curry powder (as you like), salt, pepper and other spices. Then whisk with a tablespoon till you have a homogeneous sauce,

→ While water's boiling, chop up the chicken breasts, onion and pepper bells, and put them aside,

→ Then, put the rice in the pot and let it cook about ten minutes ( taste it to make sure it's ok),

→ In an oiled or buttered hot pan, add the pieces of chicken and let it brown, halfway, add the onion and bell pepper,

→ Finally, when it's cooked, add curry sauce in the pan at low heat and whisk.

→ Serve rice and curry chicken in a plate

Tips

- An other way to make the curry sauce: replace fresh cream by coconut milk and curry powder by curry paste (care, curry paste is way more spicy than powder)

- Many other spices can replace curry, like tandoori or tikka
